Employment Opportunity Details:

  • On-Call Schedule: Nurse takes primary call, while physician is the back up 
  • 100% outpatient 
  • Key responsibilities: Primary care outpatient medical practice, patient care, and potential advanced practitioner supervision

    • Potential to shape the organization in Fort Wayne
  • 1st location will have around 6 Physicians and 2 Advanced Providers when fully staffed
