We are hiring a part-time Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant at University Primary Care Clinic to collaborate with our highly skilled team!

Position Details:

  • Part-time, No Call,  100% Outpatient
  • Shifts would be 11-12 hours, with flexibility in days.
  • Rotate one Friday per month 
  • Growing opportunity to serve employees for correlating IU Health entities 
  • Additionally, collaborating with primary care providers with patient needs for adjourning primary care practice
  • Clinic serves the employees of IU, IUHP, IU School of Medicine, and IUPUI employees
  • Amazing provider resources available, along with on-site support
  • Great team environment and clinical support staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose urgent care and acute care needs
  • Provide additional coverage within connected primary care practice –see primary care patients with acute needs. 
  • See 40 patients per week at clinic, and 35 patients per week at primary care.


  • Candidate must be Board Eligible or Board Certified
  • Master’s Degree required
  • Designations: Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, Family Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant are eligible to apply
