Job Specifics

  • A member of a multidisciplinary health care team and provides a wide range of patient services to a specific patient population across the continuum of health care.
  • Designs, orders and documents appropriate treatment plans/plans of care including prescriptions of medications based on a comprehensive review of HPI and diagnostic results.
